Terms of use

Version 0.1, 26 September 2026 · for travellers. Properties join under separate terms.

1. What Direvya is

Direvya. Book direct, pay less is an online service, run by [titolare da indicare: nome e cognome o ragione sociale], that forwards your stay request to accommodation providers, collects their direct offers and shows them to you side by side, including against the price you saw on a travel site.

2. Direvya does not sell the stay

• The accommodation contract is made only between you and the property. Price, deposit, payment, cancellation and services are those stated by the property.
• Direvya is not a travel agency or tour operator, does not sell package holidays and does not collect payments on behalf of properties.
• Offers are written by the properties (or read automatically from their emails, in which case the page says so). Always check the details before accepting and, if needed, ask the property to confirm.

3. Free for travellers

The service is free for you. Properties pay Direvya a fee only on bookings that come from the requests we forward: you are never charged anything.

4. How it works

• You fill in the request and confirm your email address with the link we send you: only then do we contact the properties.
• Properties reply within the time stated in the request. We cannot guarantee that they will reply, or how many will.
• You see the offers on a private page. The link is personal: you can forward it to the people travelling with you, but accepting requires the request’s email.
• When you accept an offer, we give that property your full name, email and phone so it can handle the booking. The booking is confirmed only when the property confirms it: we let you know by email.
• You can cancel the request from your page until you accept an offer. After that, to cancel write to the property quoting the code.
• After the stay we may ask whether it took place and how it went: answering is optional.

5. The comparison with travel sites

You give us the travel-site price (or we read it from a screenshot you upload, and you check it). When terms are not equivalent (dates, cancellation, meal plan, city tax) the page says so. The saving shown is an indicative comparison, not a guarantee.

6. Your commitments

• Use the service only for real trips and with true data; be an adult.
• Do not send bulk, automated or nuisance requests to properties; do not use the service to collect prices on behalf of third parties.
• Do not put other people’s data in the notes without their consent, nor sensitive information.

We may limit or block requests that break these rules.

7. AI assistants

You can also make a request through an AI assistant connected to Direvya. The same rules apply: the request is sent only after you confirm your email, and accepting an offer stays tied to the link you receive by email.

8. Liability

Direvya takes care to keep the service working, but is not liable for how the stay is carried out, for information provided by properties or for temporary interruptions of the site. Consumers’ statutory rights and liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence always remain unaffected.

9. Personal data

How we process data is described in the privacy notice, including the aggregated, anonymous statistical use of requests and quotes.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is always this page, with its date. Requests already sent remain governed by the version in force when they were sent.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

Italian law applies. For disputes with a consumer, the courts of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile have jurisdiction, and consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
